The Lotus Chakra Meditation
The Lotus Chakra Meditation involves three stages, 1st the palm charka opening, 2nd third eye clearing. The opening of the lotus is the 3rd stage for those who are ready. The Palm charka and Lotus charkas are opened with the energy from Nyame’s Lotus. The third eye clearing involves a slight touch of Nyame’s hand on the forehead. Lotus Chakra energy is the most refined and least know instrument of spirit in the human body. It is located slightly above the physical heart. It is the seed of unconditional love.
WATER RITUAL
The sacred waters of our bodies are inextricably connected with the sacred waters of of the earth.
Water represents Spirit, Emotions and Cleansing.
When we surrender to a deep communion with the water we allow the process of cleansing and releasing of things that no longer serve our growth and help to balance our agreement with the self.
